This three-week bootcamp is designed to help you establish strong emotional and energetic boundaries, so you can stop leaking energy and start feeling more empowered, grounded, and aligned.

Through a blend of yogic philosophy, energy work, and somatic practices, I’ll guide you in cleaning up the boundaries within yourself, with others, and through your energetic centers. For 21 days straight, you'll show up for your Self, your practices, and your energetic health.

Each day's lesson builds on the last, helping you identify where your energy is being drained and providing you with practical tools to protect and strengthen your boundaries. By the end of this journey, you’ll feel more in ownership of your energy, be clear on your internal & external boundaries, and feel more in control and in tune with your most power-filled self.

IMMACULATE ENERGY is going to ask a lot from you. It's going to ask that you show up for yourself consistently for 21 days.

Beginning February 10th, ever week day during the program, you'll join in on a LIVE, 30-minute Zoom session with me at 12PM EST, for a blend of somatic work, spiritual theory, and real talk. There's companion homework, too: daily reflections to deepen your boundary-setting and energetic practices.

If you aren’t ready to commit to yourself—if you aren’t willing to show up for your practice every. single. day. —then this isn’t the program for you. Creating strong boundaries with yourself and your energy is non-negotiable. It requires consistency, discipline, and yes, real commitment.

If you don’t do the work every day, your energy will stay leaky. you can talk all you want about wanting to feel more empowered and in control, but without showing up for this practice daily, you’re just spinning your wheels. Real transformation happens when you make the time—no excuses.

This final week is about taking full energetic ownership—clearing away stagnation and restoring your natural flow of vitality and alignment. By the end of the 21 days, you’ll feel more grounded, empowered, and attuned to your own energy.

What if I can't join live?
I totally get it—life happens. I’m not here to add more pressure to your already full plate. While it’s strongly encouraged to join the live sessions for that group energy and accountability (trust me, it makes a difference), I get that sometimes it’s just not possible. The most important thing is that you commit to the practice every day, even if it’s not at the exact time we’re live. You’ll still have access to the recording within two hours, and that means you can do your deepening work when it fits your schedule. The key is to keep showing up for yourself, no matter when that happens. The transformation comes from consistency and the energy you put into your daily practice—so whether you’re with the live group or not, just make sure you’re doing the work. Your boundaries, your energy, and your progress don’t care about time zones—they just care about your commitment.
If you're like, "Ugh, I know I need this... but 21 days sounds like a lot..."
I get it. Committing to 21 days of showing up for yourself every single day can feel like a big ask, especially when life’s already got you juggling a million things. But here's the truth: If you keep avoiding this, if you keep letting your energy leak out all over the place, it’s going to keep draining you. So yeah, 21 days might feel like a lot now, but in the grand scheme of things, it’s nothing. It’s a tiny chunk of time to create massive change. Think about it: You spend more than 21 days on habits that don’t serve you. You’ve already invested time into habits that leave you feeling burnt out and depleted. What if you could invest just 21 days into actually replenishing your energy, strengthening your boundaries, and feeling more grounded and empowered? What if I’ve never done energy work or somatic practices before?
No problem! This program is designed for anyone, whether you're a total beginner or you've been practicing for years. You don’t need to have any prior experience with energy work or somatic practices to benefit from this course. Each day’s module is structured to guide you step-by-step, and we’ll break things down in a way that’s easy to follow and apply. Energy work and somatic practices are just tools to help you understand and regulate your own energy, and I’ll be there with you every step of the way, providing the support and guidance you need. Think of it as building a muscle—at first, it might feel unfamiliar, but over time, you’ll get more comfortable and confident in working with your energy. All you need to do is show up with an open mind and a willingness to try something new. You've got this.
What if I miss a day?
Life happens, right? If you miss one day, don’t panic. The beauty of this program is that you can always catch up by watching the recording, and as long as you commit to the practice, it’s still effective. The key is not to let one missed day turn into two, three, or a full week. When you miss a day, just jump back in the next day—no judgment, no guilt. The most important thing is consistency in your energetic practices.
How much time do I need to dedicate each day?
Each daily session is 30 minutes long, but you'll want to budget another 10-20 minutes (at the least) for your daily deepening work. Set aside an additional chunk of time for journaling and reflection to truly integrate the lessons. In total, you’re looking at about ~40 minutes each day. Trust me, this small investment of time will pay off massively in the long run.

Before opening up my coaching & healing practice, I worked in startups, and was deep in the “hustle culture” mindset. For a while, I was able to seek refuge behind the ~*Confident, Busy, Independent Woman Identity~*.I was driven, I had a fast-paced and shiny career trajectory, I was well-traveled and always had something fun on my social calendar. But on the inside, I was struggling. What other people saw as “drive” was actually my own attempt to stay busy and continue running from my emotions. The truth was, I was completely unhappy with the career I excelled at, I was struggling with my identity, and felt shut down in mind, body, and soul.


After one too many visits to rock bottom, I set out to heal myself. I tried a lot of things on my own healing journey, from the super-tactical (accountability, goal-setting, and action plans) to the super-esoteric (we’re talking vows of silence, energy work, and past-life regressions). When I couldn't find the exact program, set of tools, or approach that I was looking for...I created it.


Somewhere along the way, I recognized that the approach to anxiety healing that I had created for myself, might be an approach that other folks needed, too. Ultimately, what started out as me piecing together a healing pathway for myself, evolved into a clarified, refined, and thoughtfully-developed modality that I get to share with folks like you every day.
